Have women’s beauty standards become uncanny?

In this week’s club meeting, we will be discussing how women’s beauty standards are actually ridiculous and how the esthetics industry needs to be held accountable for pushing filler and “preventative” botox on young women. After watching many old movies this last week, I have found myself spiraling on how current beauty standards are crazy and how women used to be in blockbuster movies with aged faces, wrinkles, and all. (Not speaking about the body standards because that’s a whole other issue.)
