Is it seasonal depression or am I just miserable?

In this week’s club meeting, we will discuss everyone’s favorite topic: depression! Wooo! I am currently on a journey to not hate life, I know, big steps. So, I wanted to take today to discuss the many reasons we all might be in a funk and also give some suggestions on how to maybe get out of said funk.
